System overview
SS408 is a compact analog camera with housing choices for different depth requirements. The November 24, 2025 sheet updates its imaging electronics; the website retains some older CCD descriptions. Optical and dimensional inconsistencies in the new sheet are explicitly separated below.

- Working-distance discrepancy
- General table 4 inches to infinity; lens table lists 8/12/24/37 inches. Last lens row is mislabeled 6 mm. Confirm selected lens.
